The founder's curatorial career
Chancela's curatorial work draws on Marilha Naccari's career at festivals and programmes run by other organisations, as credited below.
Marilha Naccari is curatorial director of FAM, the oldest festival in Santa Catarina, and part of its collegial leadership. The festival is dedicated to cinema from the Mercosur countries. As curatorial director, she invites the curators, sets the rules for each programme, leads the selection with diversity goals, invites films to the guest programmes and oversees the quality of accessibility in screenings. She has worked on its programme since 2009.
